Bookings & Payments Terms and Conditions

To ensure the best possible experience for all clients and to allow us to prepare appropriately for your treatment, the following booking and payment terms apply.

Booking Your Appointment

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Appointments are only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments where required for clinical, safety, or operational reasons.

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking for all treatments. This secures your appointment and contributes towards preparation time and material costs.

• Deposits are non-refundable
• The deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment, provided you attend as scheduled
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being retained
• Failure to attend (no-shows) will result in the deposit being kept
• Appointments where clients arrive more than 30 minutes late may be unable to proceed and will be treated as a no-show

Payments

The remaining balance of your treatment is payable on the day of your appointment. We accept approved payment methods as advised at the time of booking.

Prices are correct at the time of booking. While prices may be updated periodically, confirmed appointments will always be honoured at the agreed rate.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedule requests are made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

• Reschedule requests made within 24 hours may result in the deposit being retained
• Repeated late cancellations or reschedules may require full payment upfront for future bookings

Late Arrivals

To ensure fairness to all clients, appointments may need to be shortened or cancelled if you arrive late.

• Arrivals over 30 minutes late may be unable to proceed and will be treated as a no-show
• Treatment time cannot always be extended due to subsequent bookings

Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Completed treatments are non-refundable
• Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes, as results vary between individuals
