Your safety is always our top priority. To ensure treatments are appropriate and carried out responsibly, the following eligibility criteria apply.

You may not be suitable for treatment if you:
• Are under 18 years of age
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding (most treatments)
• Have active skin infections, cold sores, or open wounds in the treatment area
• Have certain autoimmune conditions, bleeding disorders, or compromised immune systems
• Are currently undergoing cancer treatment (unless medically cleared)
• Have a known allergy to any treatment ingredients

Please inform us if you:
• Have had recent aesthetic treatments elsewhere
• Are taking prescription medications, including blood thinners
• Have taken painkillers (e.g. ibuprofen, aspirin) or supplements that thin the blood
• Have a history of poor healing, keloid scarring, or previous complications

We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if contraindications are present or if treatment is not deemed clinically appropriate.
